I stopped in last week to buy some obscure screws for a metal roofing project. Alex and Jake jumped through hoops to try to special order these for me. Both guys were very friendly and I felt like I was a long time customer instead of just a guy who has walked in the store.nnGreat customer service!
Called about jack posts & they had them in stock. Very patiently went to actually check stock instead of just looking on computer. Quick in & out visit to purchase. Excellent customer service & I really appreciate that as a woman DIYer. Highly recommend!
