I recently took my daughter for a new cut, and new look! Best decision I have ever made. My daughter looked like a runway model accompanied with an all in attitude ! She is still radiating and looks like a million bucks! Thank you Neil!

Been going to Neil for years and have never had a bad experience. He listens to and follows my wants for cut, color, and style and has fixed messes I've made myself with my hair. Can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating he is. I always love my hair when he is done. Highly recommend Hair By Neil!

I visited Neil a few weeks ago for a cut and style. I am a male and new to the Mount Airy area. Neil was very nice and courteous when making my appointment. I was on time and looking forward to my hair appointment. Upon arrival, I showed Neil a picture of the hair style I wanted. I also informed Neil that I did not want a high fade on the sides of my hair. I had this cut performed many of times in Wilmington NC with great success. Neil started off ok and the next thing I knew Neil buzzed my hair off to the skin on the left side. It was so high Neil went into the crown of my hair. My head looked lopsided. Neil ruined my hair and I am still letting it grow out. It looked as bad as the haircut worn by the North Korean President. Someone fresh out of beautician school could have done a better job. I expressed my displeasure with the cut I received. Neil gave me the cut for free but that don't make up for the embarrassment of wearing a hack job. I would not recommend Neil to anyone.
