Arby's

I love Arby's and that's why I stopped here and also because they allowed indoor eating. However it took 16 minutes for my little order which left me no time to sit and eat. When I said something to the person finally handing me my order, she acknowledged it took too long but blamed it on the fact that she was training someone. I replied that I didn't think it was the trainees fault. People before and after me also had a long wait. After about 10 minutes I thought about cancelling my order and getting my money back. Unacceptable. BTW, I don't live nearby so I don't know if this is normal for this location.

Waited in line forever, then pulled up to window and they acted like it was our fault

My fiancee and myself stopped at the Forest City Arby's last night. After we both ordered I had waited 15 minutes before I was informed that they were out of the fish sandwich I wanted and I had to choose something else. So I ordered something else and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my sandwich then another 10 for fries. When we got to the table it was a mess and we had to clean it because there was not enough staff to clean it. My fiancee had gotten her food a few minutes before me and her fries was cold and the bread on her sandwich was hard. The entire restaurant was nasty and the staff there could not handle the volume of customers. Two cars left the drive thru and multiple people left because they had to wait so long to be waited on. It seems as if the management of this Arby's is poorly suited to run a busy store.

Really good gyros my wife and I went on Easter Sunday because so many restaurants were closed. We were impressed

This particular Arby's is the only one in Forest City. So as you can imagine, when you're craving that roast beef sandwich with the horsey sauce and Arby's sauce, you're gonna wait in a line. Especially on a Sunday. You can tell the employees try to keep it moving, but hey, you can't rush the original fast food roast beef perfection.
