Well, my past visits (years ago) were great compared to my last one (diff. Stylist this time). I will claim some responsibility as to why I didn't care for my last visit. When I set my appointment in person I did clarify exactly what I was trying to achieve which was something simple that I already knew was going to be a process over time so I didn't have any unrealistic expectations. My service was fine for the most part. This was the first time I felt so out of place while being there and I'm paying for the experience as well as the service. I feel no matter what you stay professional and make your clients feel welcomed by engaging with them in at least a little bit of conversation and give a consultation that the client doesn't have to initiate all on themselves. It was just weird and unprofessional. The other stylist was great and would actually talk to you and ask questions.

Called them when says open, went to voicemail. Then I called back to leave a message just to have call declined.
