Was supposed to clean one of our beach rental properties. I was assured it would be ready to rent by the owner of Kim's koastal kleaning. My renters called me upon arrival to tell me nothing was clean. This company charged me and never went. My phone calls have gone unanswered, and I'm out my money. Wish I'd of read the poor review on here first
We hired Kim’s Koastal Kleaning to clean a house we just finished flipping. The house had brand new floors, and brand new paint throughout its entirety. It was in need of a minor cleaning before pictures were taken and it was listed on the market. We explained to her that our main concern were the windows, cabinets, and light fixtures. After completion we did a walk through of the house and were dissatisfied with the final product. We contacted Kim to show her that the things we specifically asked to be cleaned were not. She responded back to us by deducting $25 off of our final invoice.nnThe overall impression we got was unprofessional, unprepared and unwilling to rectify the shortfalls in her services. Would not recommend for any cleaning services.
Very dependable and fair priced. The owner Ms Kim is very professional. Would recommend this business for all you cleaning needs.
Kim and her group do excellent work. My home has never been this clean! I've used other services and none of then could hold a candle to Kim's Koastal Kleaning!
Kim and her crew went above and beyond to help me last minute when another cleaner cancelled on the day she was booked for an inspection cleaning. I am forever grateful.
