Very helpful staff, especially Bob in the plumbing section. Has just about all the same stuff as the big box stores but without the half hour drive to Jacksonville or Wilmington. Worth your first stop for a hardware store run, every time! Staff does great with masks but would like to see a little better enforcement on customers wearing masks.

I walled in the door and was immediately greeted, helped and escorted to my requested destination even though everything is well thought out, planned and marked. People were friendly. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. My only complaint is that the prices seem to be HIGH to me.

I went in for some screws for licence plate sign was posted the masks are required I am medically exempt. The store did not have a problem with it but a female Karen lost her mind I picked up my screws and left they were very helpful when I got out in the parking lot Karen was on her phone writing a negative review or trying to report this store. I was amazed at their help and their lack of judgement very good store

Didn't have the part I needed but the gentleman help me put something together that work perfectly Come see these guys there great
