I went here for the first time because I was provided a gift card. The massage itself was wonderful! However, I also got a pedicure and manicure. It was very time consuming, and the individual who worked with me asked me the same question about myself at least 4 times throughout our encounter, indicating to me that she was not truly present during my visit. I was also greatly turned off by the fact that no one else in the salon was wearing a mask. It was a very busy afternoon and I was the only individual wearing a mask. When I later went to take off my regular nail polish a week or so after getting my manicure, I realized that some type of coating or finish actually stained the middle of my thumb nail and has yet to go away after trying polish remover and scrubbing at it vigorously. My visit was about 1.5 month ago and I still have this yellow stain (which was not present prior to my visit).
I get my hair cut here regularly. Teri has been my barber/stylist for years and does a great job each time. She even corrects my “Covid cuts” without issue.
