I'm giving them a poor rating because the lady working there was very reluctant to wear a mask. She told me that she didn't have to but then put one on. When I picked up my cleaning today, again she was not wearing a mask. When she returned with my clothes, she was wearing one but it did not cover her nose. This is ery disrespectful!
Horrible. First gave us the wrong clothes and then when retuned not all my clothes were there. I would not recommend.
I like this place. They always treat me nice. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
Took a blouse and Jacket in for dry cleaning, they damaged my blouse, I go to pick it and they say they sent to alterations, because they damaged it, but never told me it would take 10-14 days, to get it back, I was told that on the phone after I went in to get it and they didn't have it. I pitch a fit on the phone, that i needed the outfit for a weekend event but that didnt matter, and not to mention I had to spend 40.00 more to replace the blouse because it was not mine, I had borrowed the out from my sister, then they called today said it was back but still not fixed, after they are the ones who damaged the blouse. So I rated the business the lowest, will never take anything back there, they took my money and damaged my garment and didn't give a damn about if I was satisfied or not...very unprofessional ..think twice before you use this cleaners. To many more in the area to choose from,
Great cleaners. Good prices and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend.
