Half the time I come here nothing works. Can't pump, can't refill tires, car wash out of order
Move on to the next closest station, because most of the refueling stations are out of order ALL the time...
The first thing you need to know is that the customer care here is very nice and the drinks are always stocked and cold there's even discounts on certain items that you usually take when traveling
A gas station worker is usually called an attendant. Helping customers when there are issues with the pumps is a good way to get repeat business. Telling a 38 year old he doesn’t know how to pump gas...bad idea. This gas station is about a block from my house; I’ll never go back.
Car wouldn’t re-start after getting gas here.nI called AAA and they sent a technician to jump it within an hour. However the Shell Station Attendant was very aggressive with me during that time because I was blocking a lane - despite the fact that while I was waiting there was only ever a couple other vehicles getting gas. It made what was already a stressful experience even more so. I won’t be going back there for gas.
