The back cargo area was never vacuumed and I paid for the internal cleaning. We just got back from the beach and I went specifically to get all the sand out and they didn't even touch it. Took the car seat out of the back seat so it could be thoroughly cleaned. I was able to wipe stuff off the seat after they 'cleaned'. What's the point of paying for the extra internal cleaning if you aren't going to clean it?

I have had my vehicles serviced here many times over. Service is inconsistent. Sometimes you get what you pay for.nnHowever, today they did not close my service van's sliding door well enough before running it through the car wash. Not only did water get sprayed into the cabin of my vehicle, but it soaked a ton of extremely expensive electronic work components/parts.nnFor this reason, I can never go back. The damage costs will exceed all of the services I have paid them for, in total, over the years going here.nnI would recommend going to a more professional detailing service if you care for the components and cabin of your vehicle. One mistake, from one teenager, can cost a lot of money in damages. It seems worth it to pay twice as much for a professional who cares about their business integrity, rather than a teenager who will make mistakes with your own vehicles.

Only two people working when I got there. They we're friendly but my windows looked worse when I left than they did when I got there. Top of the truck was not wiped down and the groves/factory ridges in the hood were not cleaned. Worst job I have ever gotten from Auto Bell. Would have went back but I had an appointment and didn't have time.nFOLLOW UP ON THIS POST!!!nThe manager called me and offered to rewash the truck. I took it back and they did a great job on it. They had four people including the manager working on it. The only thing that would have been nice is if that was the case the first time. All good now!!

I brought in a pretty dirty car, inside and out. They did a great job. It's not perfect, but I didn't expect it to be. My outdoor adventures had left it pretty bad off.

I was given a coupon for a standard wash and vacuum and then paid for an upgrade to include a bit more. After the guys finished, I got into my car and then right back out. The interior had hardly been vacuumed and definitely had not been wiped at all. I asked if this was their normal quality or did they do less because I had used a coupon. The quality of service is too poor for me to return. Definitely not worth $30.
