I sought electrolysis services last year due to my dislike of having facial hair. I had no previous experience with the process so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My experience at Blue Ridge Electrolysis has surpassed my expectations. Jenise provides a clean, professional environment and makes the process as comfortable and painless as possible. A more caring and conscientious technician is not to be found. Jenise is well trained and exhibits total professionalism in the treatment process. After HRT therapy my chin was embarrassing and tweezing was beyond hope in making a difference. I'm so glad I found Janise! She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. Her facility is clean and sanitized, relaxing to the point of almost falling asleep. Janise is a sweet and caring person and very knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else. She's the one appointment I look forward to, every time.
