Tommy and Emily do a great job. Both are delightful and fun to chat with. I've been going ONLY to them for the past 2 years. (I followed them from their previous salon to Top Nails)nTop Nails is super clean, relaxing (without a lot of noise) and their massage chairs are wonderful. I get a pedicure (gel) and manicure (dip) and they last and last.
