We called Sheldon who came to our house within 48 hours. After calling many other plumbers who said they would come out but never did, we were pleasantly surprised to see a man who kept his word. Sheldon Brooks not only came and made the repair for us, he came in and visited with us. His work is impeccable and the man is honest, dependable and faithful to keep his word. I called Shelton because I was having suds back up from washing machine in my kitchen sink. Josh (the tech) came and checked all water and sewer lines discovering several items that needed updating. The trouble ended up being the City of Mount Holly's sewer system which was backed up down my street. Shelton and Josh worked with the City to ensure that my system was not damaged in the process of cleaning out the lines and the cost of my initial estimate was only a service call. I will be having Final Plunge Plumbing fix the updating that is needed in my home. I was extremely impressed with both young men in getting their new business started and in following through on their call and repair.

I accidentally dropped a small bottle into a commode while it was flushing. Needless to say, it clogged everything up. Final Plunge (love the name!) came right after I called and fixed it for me. I really appreciate the timeliness and quality of their work. Will definitely use again!
