Bojangles

Went to drive through a 20 after 7:00 in the morning got a biscuit. Ask for strawberry jam and butter. I got strawberry jam and margarine yes there is a difference. And no knife to spread either with. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 When you come to my house to eat I'll at least give you silverware with your food. Y'all need to get way better at your customer service.

CSR at the drive-thru started off kinda nice, but then became a little rude when I ordered a 3rd Side with a combo, telling me that they only come with up to 2 sides. I think they felt kind of embarrassed when I replied I know but I also want another side which can be purchased by itself. Living in the South I also think she got offended because I said thank you hon, please let her know that it is a Southern term not a disparaging term and working at a Southern Restaurant she's going to hear it a lot. As an added bonus they forgot to pack the dipping sauces and plastic wares in the order.

Well that was amazing! Never been to this chain before but the biscuits with sausage and pimento cheese were delicious. My son loved the chicken, dirty rice and the Mac and Cheese.

LOOONNNGG wait... and fries were a little cold. But order was correct!!

Apparently Bojangles started closing at 10pm. Mr. Austin whom answered the phone at 10:44pm said he doesn't know when that started. I sat at the window while two women stared at me stating they are not going to open the window or serve me for a few minutes. The only issue with this is the delivery truck was dropping off blocking drive thru and everyone decided they were finished for the night. Terrible for customer service when the current employees just up and change closing time. There were other customers outside of door trying to receive service. Not good Bojangles Not Good!
