I take my two boys, ages 9 and 14, here regularly. Today was not a great day as the usual lady who cuts their hair was not there. The one who was was very distracted with either her phone or two young children, which added significant time to their haircuts. I don't have any issue with her having her kids there - I don't know her Story, but the phone is an issue for me.. Normally, we are in and out in 45 minutes for both. Today, it was more like double. Even had another customer walk out because it was taking so long.
