This is the second time I’ve visited this William Henry location and I should have learned my lesson the first time. I went in on 1-25-21 for heavy ombré and left looking just like I did when I walked in. Not to mention, I was charged $216. When I called to let them know how unhappy I am with my hair, I was hoping they would ask me to come back in to make it right. Instead, was instructed to wash my hair more and the blonde would come through. Never again will I visit a William Henry salon, nor, will I refer any of my friends and family.
I had the most amazing experience with Sarah R. She revived my blonde with lowlights and highlights after a year of mediocre dye jobs (that have taken twice as long from other stylists in the past). From the chair (lowlights and highlights), to the shampoo bowl (toning and a smudge root), cutting and styling with curls I was out the door in such a timely manner I wish I could give the salon and her services 10 stars! Thank you!
