When you pay for services, your expectation is to have a satisfying experience. You would think the stylist would listen and follow your request to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I told the stylist in detail exactly what I was looking for. I stated I liked the length at the neck area and I did not want it cut, just thinned out as to blend better. She proceeded to cut my hair how she wanted it. Needless to say my hair is cut off my neck and is a complete mess. I can not express how frustrated disappointed I am in her NOT LISTENING to me. Word of advice, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER.
I am always happy with the quality and service! Just got my hair cut with Kim and she was great. I’ve gotten my nails done several times too and I love it. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this salon! Lauren is my hairdresser and she is amazing! I also love the homey atmosphere of all the girls that work there! Everyone is very kind! Highly recommend!
I’ve given this place a shot three time and the first two times they canceled on me last minute. Now on the third try they call 30 minutes prior to my appointment to move it again. Super disorganized. Not sure how a place like this can stay in business. Shame.
Emilee was my stylist and she did the best job on my hair that I've had.
