A young woman with short blonde hair and tattoos butchered my son's haircut after I explained that it was his first since he was a baby and his mother didn't want me to do it and it needed to be right. He was so excited and he wanted it badly but after being in there with her and her wasting our time and money and ruined my son's second ever haircut the one he will remember we were both heartbroken. So we went to the real pros at Ballard's and they fixed it for free and fixed my lil man's confidence and our day!
