Been here numerous times before and was very satisfied. Today not so much. They were in a hurry to close up the shop. Not happy with the presence of my nails. Got a French manicure and it's not even straight.
Safety protocols are in place and the staff are always friendly.
I was there on Saturday at 10 am to get my nails done and at 11 am they still were not open. Bad business.
Went there two times. First time, the lady asked if I was mixed and proceeded to say I was “ like a mutt.” Very rude, but figured she did not mean it like that. Idk.nSecond time, the guy did not remove all of the old SNS polish off of my nails and then proceeded to do my new SNS powder. My nails were uneven, not smooth and to top it off, mold began to grow under my nail polish due to him not removing it. Had to get new set done very shortly after. WASTE OF MONEY. Never going back.
My granddaughter & I got pedicures. They were professional & very clean. Everything is new & opened in front of you.
