They don't show up and don't call you back
Customers BEWARE! Job was suppose to start for new construction 7 weeks ago. No one returns phone calls. Finally called from another phone amazingly they answered and promised to call back that night 4 days later still no phone call. I own my own business and would never do customers like this. Very sad companies exist that treat you as a consumer like you are an inconvenience.
I talked to the office person and was told they could do a septic inspection and that she would have someone contact me. They did not contact me, and all my future calls, and texts were not responded to.
I haven't done business with these people and I'm glad of that simply because their mailbox is full so forget about talking to someone. Read the other comments. I'm not the only one!!!
Really nice guy but.... Doesnt show up, doesn’t return calls and doesn't complete the work. New build, least reliable of all subcontractors. Inspections postponed due to plumbing not completed on time. if you can wait for weeks to get the work done, fine. If not, look elsewhere.
