John Sandidge Plumbing

I called on Monday they said they would be here Tuesday. The guy could not follow instructions took the wrong drive and got stuck. Didn't not call or show up that day. Wednesday their excuse was the weather and wet leaves. I called them and told them the drive was cleared of leaves. No call back. I called Thursday morning and was told I was 3rd in line and they would be here after lunch. They called at 2:30 and said they would be here Friday afternoon. When I said I had heard that for a week and that it was supposed to rain Friday and that would just give them another excuse. He said if I was going to cop an attitude to just find another plumber. So I am.nThe boys dad did great work in the past for us, however the son or whoever he has working for him would not make it in business if he was not riding the coattails if Mr. John.

Discovered a leak last night in my water main in the crawl space. Contacted Sandidge plumbing and at 8AM today they came out and it was fixed. Very courteous and explained the problem to me. Very fair price and quick service. They will be the only plumber I will ever call from now on.
