The workers in the makeup section were fantastic but that's not what I was there for. I scheduled a hair appointment and was given less that mediocre service.nThe stylist burned me, insulted me, and gave me a hair cut that she thought suited me instead of doing what I specifically asked for through thorough description and inspiration pictures.nAfter asking her to cut my hair above my shoulders and not to do dramatic layers, I'm left with hair that has an awkward flip as it lays on my shoulders and layers that start above my ears.nI told her that what she gave me was not what I asked for and she told me to schedule another appointment the following day and she'd fix it then... I was still sitting in her chair and she was still cutting my hair the way she wanted when she said this.n100% do not recommend the salon.

It’s a wonderful spot to get my hair products for my friends and family! I went in the other day and I saw a new face, very friendly and answered all my questions.nnAlthough when I was waiting in line to check out, I overheard them saying that she didn’t get enough credit card sign ups for the week. As I sat there contemplating, I thought about when I was working in retail when I was younger.nnI always went home disappointed when the manager said I didn’t get enough to sign up. So, when it was my turn to check out, scanned my items and she popped the question that I’ve be pre approved.nnI already have a loyalty account with them and have for about a year now so I said yes. Her eyes lit up and I confirmed my information for her and thanked her for everything and left. It made me happy that she at least got one. :)

One of my favorite places to shop for make up. I love the Ulta brand lip jelly and eye shadows. The lip jelly stays on better than regular lip gloss and lasts much longer. Their eye shadows go on very smooth and are easy to blend. Lots of brand options and products, and I love that they carry my favorite Bare Minerals bronzer too. I usually get my eyebrows waxed here and sometimes the shape come out better than others depending on who is there, and it's a bit pricey.

Only saw one super friendly employee and one customer. Didn't find what I was looking for but there is a nice selection of hair products to choose from.

I always have a great experience here. Really helpful employees, Lisa has been great about matching my foundations for me and suggesting products I would like. Tina has been great in the salon, love the highlights and cut. Great selection of products for hair and makeup, lacking a bit in nail products though. I would definitely recommend signing up for the Ultamate rewards card, the points really stack up and help.
