Came here w/ my husband, we were the only two getting pedicures and yet, felt like the service was rushed... we got the signature pedi & it still lasted about 30 mins including time they took off in between the pedicures. Normally, I go to Blue Ocean Spa but they were all booked. My toenails look alright, didn’t get hurt but the nail painting could’ve been better considering how much we paid, which was a lot. Overall, i give it a 3/5 because at least they weren't rude to us, just didn’t really liked how it was all rushed

My friend and I visited here to get pedicures. When we arrived there was one person in the place before us. They started our pedicures and then left us sitting there looking stupid for 20-30 minutes while they serviced the 3 people that came in after us. They did a terrible job trimming nails and painting them. And used a pumice on the top of my toes and nails so I basically have shredded skin on top of my toes. The nails were trimmed jagged. I paid for one nail to be replaced rather than filled in. I explained this no less than 3 times. They did not do that but still charged me for it. The message chairs are uncomfortable and ratchet. When I called back less than 2 hours later to explain why I was dissatisfied with my service, the woman on the phone interrupted me, screamed at me, and refused to refund my money. She said I would have to waste more of my time for them to try to do it right. I'm good. Save your money and dont waste your time on this place.
