GREAT service from start to finish. I called on a Saturday and the technician scheduled the appointment for less than two hours later! They walked me through the process, including the rates, and both representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. The work was top notch. Of course, I hope not to have another emergency, but will absolutely call them if I do.
I called Wes at Servpro because we are in the process of buying a home and I wanted to make sure there was not a moisture issue.nnI spoke to Wes late Friday and he was out to the house first thing Monday morning with his Boss Greg. Heather was a joy to work with. When I called it was a last minute request. We had two employees test positive for Covid and wanted the office disinfected before the new crew came in. She dropped everything and drove from Wilmington to Shallotte just to help us out. I will definitely tell everyone about ServPro!
