I use Crystal Cleaners regularly for dry cleaning, never an issue, good value. Have used them multiple times for alterations on dress and work clothes. Always reasonably priced and very fast turnaround.nLike

I should have written this a long time ago but I generally don't leave reviews. While searching for their phone # online I noticed that they did not have the 4 to 5 star reviews that I feel they deserve. I have been going there at least once or twice a week for the last 6 years and have always had a positive experience (with the exception of a couple of girls manning the register that did not last very long.)nThey have been nice and accommodating when I have had special requests. I brought my mother in once to have a pair of pants hemmed. She is nearly blind and has balance issues. They could not have been more helpful and respectful of my mother's limitations. When a shirt went missing, they promptly provided fair compensation to have it replaced. Obviously, I can not speak to other peoples experiences but over the years I have noticed how they interact with others when waiting my turn. What I have observed is the same level of service that I receive.nI understand that it can be frustrating when there are language barriers or strong accents that can hinder the process. I myself, struggled when moving here from up North. I give them credit for doing their best to overcome the barrier and provide good customer service even when they get a customer who is determined to make the transaction as difficult as possible.nA special kudos to Ana and Rosa who have made it a point to remember my preferences and always greet me with a big smile.

I've gone to Crystal Cleaners many times over the years because they always do a great job. Very dependable and highly recommended!

They did absolutely nothing to my jacket. But 4 days later I got my jacket back Looking no better than when I gave it to them. I explained to the lady. That wasn't right for me to pay full price for None of the stains being removed. She didn't really care.
