Staff is amazing, the young lady I checked in with and young man I check out with were wonderful. Very Nice people.nnHowever,nThe rooms are down right disgusting. I was so scared to be in the room. (I asked for a non smoking room) & the room reeked of smoke not only the rooms also the hallways. Bathroom was dingy and gross.nnI understand this isn’t a 200+ a night hotel, however, having clean rooms and being a clean hotel is what a person is paying for.nnAll in all I did an early checkout.

Horrible customer service after we found blood stains on our sheets as well as bed bugs. Refused to refund us our money even though my 8 and 10 year old daughters we bitten several times on their backs. Worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. No Covid precautions taken by staff as the woman behind the desk “ Tara” was not wearing a face covering and water fountains were open to public
