Spruill Townhouses

Lived here for a year in one of the Yellow Jacket units and had 0 issues. Online portal is efficient and easy to use—no bugs. The property is beautiful. I really wanted to renew my lease with a one bedroom unit but none were available. I would sign with them again.

I have been in one of the duplexs for a year now. I'm 73 years old and this is the best place I have rented.nThese units are older which in my opinion is a plus. Full kitchen, pantry. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance crew is quick and knowledgeable. I feel like in a home rather than an apartment. The area is safe and quiet

Lived here for 1 and half years. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office staff, maintenance staff, neighbors, everything was excellent. You won’t regret it.

Spruill is a great property management company, and they generally provide good places to live at reasonable prices. The only problem I had while renting from Spruill is that my neighbors smoked all the time. When people smoke in a duplex, then the smoke travels to the next-door apartment because a duplex shares an attic in common. Who the heck smokes indoors anymore anyway other than stupid people? Who the heck wants to go around smelling like a big cigarette? Who the heck wants their house and their kids to smell like a big freakin' cigarette?
