Left the cap off of a recently purchased vehicle and REFUSED to pay for damages. Took it to the dealership as it was under warranty and had no idea it was an oil problem. The manager said dealerships lie all the time to try and get out of paying so not his problem. Sorry excuse for a business. A business the whole family has patronized for years.
Just off Hwy 12 in Starkville. Convenient location, reasonable prices, knowledgeable and accommodating staff make this a great value. The free carwash with service is also a nice perk. Recommend you try, next time you need an oil change.
Walmart Tire center refused to work on my vehicle. I took it to SuperSonic Tire Lube. They were more than willing to fix my flat tire. They were quick and efficient. Much better than Walmart who made me wait 1.5hrs before telling me they couldn't and wouldn't fix it.
Very professional and nice manager and crew. Had an issue with a stripped oil plugged. They fixed it and I’ll be back for more business. Thanks!
