I am so glad this store is here. They usually have the best trends. I got some really cute wedge sandals and a summer dress. I like how the girls here help you instead of being ignored when you walk into a store. If I’m spending money I like to go where it is appreciated!

I really enjoyed the clothes I bought at Swanky B. The quality was great. I have clothes that has lasted wash after wash and are easy to care for. WASH AND WEAR.

Omg, I'm so glad I discovered this store. I looked all around for a dress and could not find what I needed. When I made it here the girl at the front desk greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. I ended up geeting a dress for a wedding i have this weekend.

So I have already rated this place on yelp, but I am here because it seems that the owner actually monitors these reviews --- I have been to SwankyB SEVERAL times on SEVERAL occasions. I try to give every business a chance. We all have our days! I have quite a few cute pieces from here, and I was actually one of their first customers when they opened a few years ago. I can honestly say that EVERY time I go in, I have a different customer service experience. The issue is with the owner. Any time I have gone in and dealt with the other employees, they have been cordial. Unfortunately, she can't keep employees, so it's usually the owner manning the register. The only time I had decent customer service is when she didn't speak to me at all (on my last visit). Dear owner, customer service is obviously not your thing. In a town as small as Starkville, your name will be ruined in no time. No one can deny that your merchandise is decent. Please: HIRE STAFF TO MAN THE REGISTER. I literally don't even feel comfortable trying on clothes in the store. Your energy is WAY off.
