AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Lazy, slow, unprofessional, without respect for drivers. 9 hours to unload.. They should be put out of business! I would understand that i had cotton in my trailer but I had cookies... Discrace !!! Discussing!
Wonderful shopping experience here. And the stuff and customer service was extremely wonderful. I will encourage anyone here in this town or travelers . Stop and shop here if you need to. Marvelous experience
Arrived 17:30 for 19:00 appointment. Got call for dock assignment 22:00 didn't get empty till 03:00 next a.m. 8 hours of my time wasted with( so far) NO DETENTION PAY. They say it takes up to 3 days for approval. I didn't get 3 days notice before being detained. Guess who's NEVER going back. Update: it's now been 2 weeks and STILL NO DETENTION. If this place were forced into bankruptcy because nobody would deliver to them it might serve as a notice to other warehouses not to treat drivers so disrespectfully ( probably not, but I can dream)
Had a delivery on 11/22/2020. Appointment time 2100. I got there early 2030. I didn't get unloaded until 0500 in the morning. This place is trash. If you deliver a load there please keep in my you will lose an entire day of trucking revenue. Mississippi is for mentally slow people
