I had a main drain problemnnThey were the only ones to answer their phone on a SundaynnI appreciated their response, however the person they sent out utilized a sub-par camera, and their traditional snake could only go about 60 feet into my pipennThe person they sent was professional, however, he was not provided with the best told for the job.nnHe indicated the pipe was broke under my slab by use of the sub-par camera within the first 15 feet near the turn in the slabnTheirs estimate of 5000, included cutting up my concrete garage floor, and they indicated my sewer pipe headed towards the South East, under the garage floor. They also said there may be more damage part the 60'nnI'm glad I got a second opinion, because I called another company the next day. Their camera was a much better quality.nnThey indicated the pipe did not travel under the garage floor at all. They also verified my pipe was in great shape for the first 60'. His high pressure cleaning spray Snake was a much better and safer on my system, and was able to get 116' into my pipe. Unfortunately I still had a clogged tile pipe farther away, and would have to dig it up to repair. Not in the concrete, but in dirt.nNo where near under my garage floor, and no saw cutting of my concretennUltimately, they responded quickly, I just wish they had better tools for the job.
Excellent customer service. Came out after normal business hours and the service techs were knowledgeable and courteous. Safe, reliable and reasonable.
