Tried thier new pineapple drink it was AWESOME..
Originaln(Fantastic customer service super nice people working there. Well above average food for tbell. 10 out of 10 would burrito again.)nnJust go my order today 11-23-2020 and they didn't put the grilled cheese part on my grilled cheese burrito and instead put it on my quesorito. I'm kinda diagnosed.
Food was good service could be a little faster but isnt terrible but is short staffed. Could use more items on the dollar menu for people on a budget. Excellent otherwise.
Get you food quick, always filled, give ya plenty of sauce and good customer service.
This review is not for Taco bell, its for An employee named Kenny. Sep 15 @7-8pmnnAn item was forgotten from my order. When i came back to tell them, kenny was outstanding with his customer service. He didnt question me like most managers would, he didnt acuse me of it being in my bag. He apologized right away and said they would make it right, never have i been treated so greately by a fast food establishment. He was overall amazing. I really hope this company sees the value that this employee brings. He made me feel satisfied and 100% greatfull that he was on shift. He gave me a complimentary drink for the mix up. Overall he really made this taco bell stand out from the rest. If i have a choice which one to go to, this taco bell will be it, thanks to kennys hospitality and shining customer service.nCorprate: Give this boy a raise, put him on managment, because employees like him make businesses shine and grow.
