Got my dipping powder nails here. The most precious color I’ve ever seen on my nails. Love this peachy nude, perfect color for school and work. Work’s nicely done. I’m satisfied with the shape and cuticle trimming. $40 for a dipping powder is a good deal in downtown Bellevue. I’ll definitely come back.

Me and my two friends & dad(he just got a massage) went here to have a relaxing acrylic nail day. Only 3 of us could get our nails done, and they said they could do us all at the same time. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours, and the service was very condescending. The lady that did me and one of my friends was very rude, strict, and made us feel quite uncomfortable. Our nails were too long, and they were two square when we specifically asked for round and short nails in the beginning of the period. We had asked if she could make them shorter and she had painted them and she said too late, and then when my dad came over, he asked for on the shorter, and she said sure. Lack of respect for customers. One of my friends got her to do her nail designs and the design was supposed be ferns and ended up looking like lines and stripes. The design for me was quite pretty, but length and size gone wrong. My one friend also asked for shellac, and got dipped instead which was more expensive. Overall, we will not be going back to the salon.

I've been going here for almost two years. They do a good job on the nails, however, it takes them quite a while to complete a fill with gel. It could be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. While it may take them some time to finish, they rarely ever cut me like some places who are very speedy. Similarly, although I call every time before I go in to see if there is a slot for me to get my nails done, I ALWAYS have to wait. Today I called in ten minutes before I showed up and they said they could take me in 10. I then waited 20 more minutes after I arrived. I dont have all day to be sitting at a salon. But I suppose this is an issue with most salons. I've never really found one that doesn't do this. Nice women but please be honest about the wait time. The price is right here too, I think I pay 30 for a fill with gel which is a pretty good deal.

The Bellevue location is a great place to relax and get spoiled. Ann and her crew are always welcoming and so professional .
