I can not even imagine the nightmares my family and i would have pursuing a rental agreement with an agent/landlord who displays a business practice as unethical and unprofessional as experienced here with Desiree Callender & Associates. Even after canceling our move the day that it was suppose to be in our possession stated on the lease and contacting us only two hour before we was suppose to meet we have been willing to move forward.All because she needed more information and additional time to verify parts of our application that SHE failed to do before telling us we were approved!!! This was after the lease has been signed!! We have been nothing but respectful, patient and cooperative with this realtor to every extent in this rental process. Even after this caused us to cancel movers, lose our deposit for out truck rental, and almost left us homeless with our current lease. All which the realtor Desiree communicated as not her problem. Although she showed no empathy or no understanding we continued to cooperate because we wanted to assure this agency that we are applicable and responsible candidates. It has been two weeks since we were suppose to move and ever since OUR CALLS AND EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED! I hope that no one else shall ever experience the stress, disappointment, and wasted energy like my family has in this process. We would have never applied or continue forward if we knew this would be a complete waste of time. FIND A DIFFERENT REALTOR!
