Choosing the Will Stein Group to sell our house was probably one of the best choices I have done when it comes to real estate. Will and his team were extremely efficient, very good at communicating and keeping my wife and I in the loop with everything, had great attention to the detail, and still make sure we did not feel overwhelmed. Melissa did a wonderful job coordinating the schedules between several different parties involved (staging company, buyer realtor agents, inspectors, etc), and on top of that, she delivered on all our requests (big and small) such as avoiding people coming over to the house during the baby’s nap times.nnSelling a house is something big for everyone. She had to work with a divorced couple that had two different expectations on the sale of the house. I was more concerned with getting it sold as soon as possible and Susan was concerned with the price. She handled this excellently and always made us both feel like she understood our concerns and also met them both. I was particular impressed with the way she followed up with Susan to make sure that the repairs were going along as planned. She stepped in when necessary with suggestions to keep the process going. I was also impressed with her knowledge of the entire real estate process. Her ability to work with our bank, Susan’s bankruptcy lawyer and the settlement company to get the paperwork required to close the deal show the full extent of her knowledge. Selling or buying a house is normally a very stressful situation. This is the third house I have sold in my lifetime.
