If you have quality clothing and value them DO NOT take them to Mount Oak Cleaners. They ruin clothing. Sadly they will start out doing a good job. But over time you end up with lost items, discolored clothing, and my recent experience consist of shrunken dinner dress. If i was able to provide a rating on a scale of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. They would receive a 0 for customer service and quality of work.

Up until a few months ago this was my favorite dry cleaner. Very nice people and good service. But then things suddenly changed around early 2017. Two times in a row my dress shirts all came back with dark stains on the tips of my collars and other places. The first time they redid the shirts but two still had the same collar issue. But the very next time, in addition to having the exact same shirt issue again, two pairs of dress slacks came back with significantly frayed belt loops, shredded to to the point where the white lining was visible and so damaged that I was never able to wear them again. I went in and showed the damage to the owner (I believe) and he didn't want to hear it, just kept saying that the shirts and pants had come in that way. Unbelievable! This was clearly some type of employee action or equipment problem. Haven't gone back since. My dress shirts and slacks are a significant investment and their problem cost me a couple hundred dollars to replace the two pairs of slacks and two shirts that could not be fully cleaned by another cleaner.
