I’ve been using this place for almost a year. I haven’t had any issues. They get the job done. The prices are fair and comparable to other cleaners. The service is ok, I’m usually in and out, not long enough to make conversation. I can’t judge if they are friendly, but they have treated me professionally.
Never had an issue in nearly 2 years. They're always nice and accommodating.
As with most asian businesses, this place has no clue how to treat customers. It's as if the woman who runs the place has all she can do to tolerate a customer. A necessary evil. Go someplace where they value their customers, if you can find one.
They do a wonderful job on my clothes. Very friendly.
