DESTROYED my Ugg boots. I had no idea they were sending them out to a 3rd party. The tan suede color bleed on to the white fur trim and a hole in the seam! The lady was rude and refused to acknowledge the error and offer revision. instead she said i was complaining because i wanted to get a new pair of boots out of her!! I was livid!!!!!! all i wanted was the winter salt cleaned off my boots to prevent damage. my boots were not visibly dirty. She refused to call the company at first until i demanded. she didnt call until i left angry and had the nerve to call me back saying she sent it back After I told her not to. TO THE SAME DESTRUCTIVE CLEANERS. They were nice to me until they were not nice. I was a customer when I moved to Bowie a few years prior..

Hilltop Cleaners is our absolute favored cleaners. Helen is so sweet! She does great alternation work. She greet you with a friendly and pleasant smile. My husband and I had been customers at Hilltop for over 5 years. Laurel Maryland

For many years we were customers at a family owned cleaners just down the street in the Free State Mall. Sadly, they were forced out by continuously rising rents. So we tried Zips. I think they push their employees unreasonably hard to meet their promise of in and out in one day. Several of my wife's garments were ruined. Every time I was there, some customer was having a problem. So we tried Hilltop Cleaners. We are so pleased. I don't need my items back the same day. Regular service, pick them up a few days later....that is just fine with me. Everyone in the shop is friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. And I never hear any other customers in the shop with a problem. It is nice to have a good cleaner close by.

I always go there to get my pants hemmed. The lady owner, Helen, is a doll and does a great job every time. Would highly recommend!
