This location seems to be busy. However it's a hit or miss on your clothes. Sometimes people do a sloppy job? Overall things could be better.
Laura the manager is the best in customer service!
ZIPS is on point. When they say next day, by 2pm the next day my clothes are ready. Friendly and professional.
I'm confused on why every time i enter this location it's 200 degrees! The workers looks like they are dehydrated and confused. I don't understand why the A/C is not on? I hope no one visit this location because it's just a sad situation to pick up laundry and know that you are assisting in a un-lawful work environment. Visit the cleaners in Crofton by the burger king they seem more respectful of their employee's and work environment
They provide consistently good service in my experience. I've used them for a little over a year and am usually in there 4-5 times a month. Laura was great today and got me set up for auto drop.
