Deputy Dorsey after telling him I had a newborn at home he still felt It’s not necessary to put on a mask when talking to me inside my car window. He also didn’t even try to abide to social distance laws. I called the sheriff department and talked to a supervisor to find that it is not in their protocols to wear masks. He said he understood where I was coming from because he has a daughter at home. But obviously it doesn’t matter that much because they are willingly still going out in public pulling people over without masks and not wearing them in the workplace. This obviously is the number one way comics spreads whether they are asymptotic or not we need to stand together to help fight the pandemic especially as frontline workers. I have a sister that is a nurse who has to work during this pandemic and it is making it harder one her when people aren’t able to at least take precautions when in public. I do hope that our so precious officers don’t get covid because it would be so unfortunate to take them away from pulling people over for their headlights being out. Hopefully this message gets to them to realize that they are role models to this country and when they don’t abide by basic social distancing how can be mad when people don’t want wear a mask in store, restaurants, etc. because we all know you guys called when it becomes when someone doesn’t wear a mask in a public area. So let’s be the bigger people and just a wear mask so we can get over tbis god forsaken pandemic. Thanks ud83dude0a

About 2 months ago I E-mailed the head of the sheriff department. It was about the speeders west of Taneytown on 140,and the lack of speed enforcement. In the past 2 months I have NOT seen any Cops enforcing the speed limits at all. ZERO!!! In 2 months. Maybe when I have 2 or 3 dead bodies laying in my front yard, after a HEAD ON CRASH they will show up.I just hope it's not your KIDS or LOVED ONES who are KILLED!!!! DAM IT PEOPLE SLOW DOWN !!!!!

Very unprofessional, it seems to me like the dispatcher officer was more concerned about checking his phone then my needs. Do these officers expect people to beg them to start doing their job. At the end of the they are there to help people, someone needs to remind them what that is cause is more obvious that they forgot it. Good officers stronger communities.

Completely unprofessional department full of angry cops who try to flex their “power“ on civilians and are quick and prone to violence even when the situation doesn’t call for it. I’ve had guns pulled on me for trying to open my door during a traffic stop.
