Wow! Highly recommend Kingan Klean! Having our house power washed made an amazing difference in how fresh our home looked and felt. Within the first few minutes of seeing the results my husband and I looked at each other and wondered aloud “Why haven’t we been having this done on a yearly basis?”! Service was both professional and personalized. We easily built a rapport with Bobby and our dreams for our home became his as he freshened up our home. I can’t say enough great things about Kingan Klean LLC. I will be recommending Bobby to everyone I know that needs their exterior of their house cleaned. I requested his services via email and he responded quickly with a competitive and reasonable quote. We scheduled our cleaning and he contacted us the day prior to arriving to ensure we were ready for the service. He arrived on time, explained the process, and asked if we had any questions before he started. He was kind and professional. He did a fantastic job cleaning all the hard to reach areas with an eye for detail. After he completed we walked around the house to make sure we were satisfied. Bobby arrived on time and explained the process of power washing our Trex deck and after completing the washing it looked like a new deck. His cleaning equipment and expertise took out all the stains and algae that had accumulated overtime. We will using Bobby in the future for all our exterior house and deck cleaning as we very pleased with his attention to detail as well as affordable rates.
