My treatment is finished and I can honestly say I will truely miss the staff. Everyone from doctors to volunteers showed such kindness and compassion. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their job and never got tired of my many questions. Even when problems arose on the weekend they were quickly handled. The staff works hard in a very difficult environment and I give them all 5 stars. I cant thank them enough for what they do!!!

Not my experience. Three phlebotomists later and no phlebotomy I fired them all. The cancer ctr. may have high marks but the Carroll hospital is and has been just a money collector without shame. Wouldnt even call the cancer ctr when I said to and it basically comes down to three strikes yer outta here. When the left hand can’t talk to the right hand it’s time to move on. After 3 months. They are nice when they rip you off so I gave them an extra star lol.

Dr. Gui was so patient and kind and answered every questions. He was very compassionate. I highly recommend him. Very friendly and takes his time we never felt rushed or like he didn't have time for us.
