Welsh's Cleaners

After repeatedly bringing back clothes to be re-washed, I've had it with this cleaners. Was coming here for about 10 years, but in recent years my clothes have frequently been dirtier when picking up than when dropping off. Such a disappointment to realize on the day I need to wear my white dress shirt that it has yellow stains all over it which weren't there when I dropped it off to be washed.

I had the most awful experience at the dry cleaners yesterday. I have been going to them for some time and had been very pleased. They were always pleasant and did a good job. I had told them about a terrible experience with another local dry cleaners who washed a blazer and then denied it so they were aware that I only dry clean my clothes. I bought a new pair of white pants and spilled a coke on them. I brought them in to be cleaned. When I put them on the next time, they were shrunk! They had obviously been washed but I was confident that they would make it right. I WAS WRONG! First, they said that the followed the cleaning instructions. Well, I have many of these Banana Republic pants in other colors so I know the directions say DRY CLEAN ONLY on the inside. I turned them inside out...NO TAGS! Knowing that the clothes are cleaned off property, I asked if someone made a mistake, realized it and cut the tags out. They emphatically denied that one of their employees would do such a thing. I left very upset with a promise from the girl that the manager would call me. When I got home, I pulled another pair of pants of the same make out of the closet and there was the tag. I took the destroyed white pants out to get a better look at where the tag should be and guess what??? Tag has been cut! I realize that mistakes sometimes happen but I can't believe the deceptive nature of this company. I would have expected a store credit for the damages since I can produce a receipt for the pants and that they are basically brand new. The girl at the front who has always been so kind knew a mistake had been made but rather than try to make it right,she got defensive and tried to blame it on me. I bring my clothes to this place almost every week so I am not some random customer. They know me even though they acted like they didn't. They have definitely lost a faithful customer. I will never go back and will tell anyone I know to never use them. Poor, poor customer service. Still waiting on that call from the manager!

$17 for 2 garments. One of which came out with the sleeves more wrinkled than when it went in. Absolutely will not be coming back.

Just started using this cleaners a few months ago when I moved to this area. They have done a great job in getting out some troublesome stains in both shirts and pants.nnThe staff is courteous and efficient.

I will never come here again. Took 10 minutes to find my shirt, then the shirt was still just as stained (the reason I brought it in the first place!), and I still had to pay $6 for it! I will *NEVER* come here again-and when I told the manager that, she walked off without a word. Poor customer service and poor cleaning skills for a more expensive price than other dry cleaning places-avoid at all costs.
