Sleep Inn & Suites University

Nice clean rooms, quiet, and the service was fantastic! I'm a hot shot truck driver and I was travelling on I-20 from Mississippi on my way to Texas. Most of the hotels in the area did not have truck parking available. I called ahead and Courtney was happy to take the time to go outside and check the parking before assuring me that I would be able to park there. When I arrived, I had parked in the wrong lot and she walked all the way out to my truck to show me a safe place to park my truck and trailer. Even during the pandemic, the pool and hot tub was open and they reserve two hours for those over 18 in the pool and spa, so I was able to soak in the hot tub without a bunch of kids. Courtney is a courteous and friendly employee who made my stay enjoyable after a long day! Highly recommended, and I'll plan to stay here in the future when I'm in this area again.

Comfortable bed and pillows! Clean room and friendly staff. I got a quite nights rest and shower had great pressure. I would certainly stay here again. Good location and well lit area. I checked in near midnight and the lady was very friendly and professional in appearance.

We have no complaints, and in fact this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Everything was perfect in the rooms and with the facilities. We had a great experience at the Sleep Inn in Ruston. We made our reservation on our way to Ruston (late). They were very accommodating as we needed two rooms close together. The lobby was clean, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly. It was a busy weekend with sports tournaments, but that staff never expressed frustration or stress. Great hotel.

The Host is awesome!nnRooms are extremely clean.nnManagement does not settle for average here.nnIt’s the only hotel I want to stay at when I’m in the area.nnChoice Hotels should be proud to have this one under their umbrella, and they should take notes here for the rest of them.
