This is a nice hotel and is fairly new. We were originally given a room on the first floor at the end of the hall but felt really uncomfortable there due to safety reasons. The door to the exterior on the side of the building next to our room had tape on the latch so that anyone could enter the hotel without having to scan a keyboard. Really troubling for single ladies traveling. We requested to be moved and the front desk personnel immediately moved us. The rooms are nice but not clean. Bathroom floor had not been mopped in a while. Hair and dirt was easily visible. Bed sheets looked clean but fitted sheets were barely on the bed. We finished making them up ourselves. We will stay again but will do a walk thru BEFORE we check in.

Really great staff here. We are traveling on business and had seven boxes coming to us at the hotel. Fedex delivered three days early and they took care of storing them until we arrived without a single complaint. That is excellent customer service!nnThe rooms are very clean and the bed is firm but comfortable. The gym and pool are closed and only grab bags for breakfast but that is to be expected right now.

Save yourself the headache of ever staying here. The customer service is terrible. The manager is never around to speak with. The front desk staff is rude. If you have any issues whatsoever forget about ever discussing it with someone with common sense. A few weeks ago I booked here and again no manager for 6 hours, she was at the store supposedly. I asked if I could record them answering basic questions and they wouldn’t let me, funny because I’m asking standard questions that should be able to be recorded if the answer is actually the legit answer. Exactly my issue, I’m going to dispute the charges of staying here period with my bank. Staying here was a complete *hit show. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else!! This little town doesn’t have much and staying at a hotel that’s penny pinching doesn’t help!! Do yourself a favor and stay some place else..

Nice rooms and good customer service. But as with most hotels they are doing grab & go breakfast. Had issues with hot water

Nice clean hotel check in and check out was easy. Rooms are large beds very comfortable really good tv everything was good and clean so I will stay again. Breakfast was a grab bag but they did have pancake I just didnt have timenThe shower took forever to get hot is the only reason they didnt get a 5
