I love Port of Subs. I'm from Arizona and we have Port of Subs down there. I brought my family to the Mountlake Terrace location and the service was extremely poor. The lady there was rude and impatient, like we weren't ordering fast enough for her and she seemed annoyed. There were no other customers in the store with us so I failed to understand her need to rush. The quality of food was good but she completely ruined the experience for us and do not plan on going back to that location
Fast friendly and clean. The girl that made my sandwich could have shown a little more care by not just tossing the bacon on leaving it to just half the sandwich but I easily fixed it and tasted great and fresh. Repeat customers come from great customer service and that includes preparation and convenience for the customer
The sandwiches were delicious. The bread was soft and perfect texture. Meats freshly cut and the veggies were fresh as well. Price points were about 30% higher than other chains, so not a great value, but well worth it if your leaning more towards spendy vs. lesser quality at other stores.
Its a good place to eat and i pretty much like it
The food is great and the staff is fast and friendly.
