Certainly friendly & accomadating service but the sandwich was a big disappointment. I purchased a steak & cheese with grilled onions & peppers. The cheese was not provolone or at least mozzarella. It was a blob of partially melted white processed cheese goop. I would have expected fresh green peppers as is traditionally used on this sort of sandwich. However the flavor of the item was dominated by pickled peppers that had been preserved in some sort of juice like sweet pickles. The grilled onions were okay but considering that I had asked for extra they were meager in the serving. This sandwich was only the Regular size but cost more than $10 and I came close to throwing in the garbage after a couple of bites. Am not planning a return visit.

I absolutely hesitate giving any poor reviews to a business trying to operate during this pandemic. I can't imagine how hard it has been to adjust to the restrictions while still trying to keep normalcy to your operation. No one needs a Karen right now for sure. So this review is to help you, not to hurt you. I love your sandwiches. They're delicious!nnIt's just the service at this particular restaurant is really slow and unorganized. My wife and I went it to buy a couple of sandwiches on a Sunday evening and we were the only customers in there. There were 5 workers behind the counter. It took more than 10 minutes to actually take our order and another 25 to get the food. And on top of the wait, they messed up our order. We were so tired of waiting that I didn't go back to exchange the sandwich... I just picked off the ingredients that I requested not to be on it. In the scheme of things, not a big deal. It just added to the frustration.nnAgain, I'm not trying to throw anyone under the bus. Everyone was nice in there and you guys have great food. Maybe just some additional training and encouragement on the customer service end would help. Stay safe!

Went in to order and the guy told me to stand somewhere else because only 5 people could be at the counter at a time (I was only the 4th person there). Ok. Came back after the line was gone. I was the only one in there, they told me they would be right with me to take my order. I stood for 10 min and nobody took it. Left and was promptly served at the Teriyaki place a few doors down. Seemed like you guys were slammed with online orders but at least take an order..

Lame. Customer service is horrible........actually non existent. Stood in the store for 5 minutes, the only customer in the store. No one took my order. They were busy on the phone. Guess I should have called.nJersey mikes obviously doesn’t need my business. Too bad, they make good sandwiches
