I lost money $3.50, twice, and detergent, and time. This is so frustrating when there are no other places here in Crowley. No one working to assist or refund, and no phone numbers to call.
HORRIBLE PLACE. AFTER JUST GOING THRU A HURRICANE ISN'T ENOUGH.....Over 20 machines and maybe 8 worked. I put clothes in one with no tape over coin slot took my 2.50 and didn't work. Left to go to another laundry mat, in Lafayette and realized I'd left some clothes in tripleloader. Hurried back all the while trying to call but no answer. I get there and my clothes had been taken out of non-working tripleloader and someone had stolen some of them and the rest had bleach all over them. AS IF A HURRICANE ISN'T ENOUGH to take my stuff some lowlife steals what little a have left and splashes bleach on the rest
Thank you to sudsys for ripping me off again and giving me push to purchase a washer . i cant really afford it but cant afford to be stolen from going to this place.. You really should sell it to someone who will take care of it and not want to make money stealing from people
What a rip off. You should be ashamed praying on poor people. The better business Bureau needs to go in there and spend what i did today on your machines. Shame on you
Only go if you want to lose your money. No refunds and terrible service and equipment!
