If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Trish is awesome!! She has more than 20 years of real estate experience, with a vast knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market. She expertly guided us every step of the way, through the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She’s hardworking and 100% committed to her clients. We could not be more happy. Trish is a wonderful Realtor! We give her our strongest possible recommendation. She helped us sell our house in Manhattan, KS when we were moving out of state. Because of the pandemic, we chose to list it after we moved. This meant that we couldn't physically be there to handle everything during the selling process. Trish went above and beyond to handle many details on our behalf. She made what could have been stressful so much simpler and easier. It was our first time selling a home, and we had lots of questions at every step of the way. Trish was so patient and responsive. She was never too busy to explain things carefully or go over something again with us. In our experience, we found Trish to be hardworking, intelligent, resourceful, experienced, trustworthy, and kind. You simply couldn't ask for better qualities in someone serving as an agent on your behalf or guiding you through a real estate transaction. My only wish is that she could have helped us buy a house out of state too! We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again if given the chance.

Trish was awesome and made my experience as a first time home buyer feel very comfortable and rewarding. The process felt natural for me. I was able to be in charge of my decisions yet gain valuable insight from her on home options. I truly believe I would never go anywhere else if I decide to purchase again!

Trish was by far and away the best realtor I have ever used! She is honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. On top of helping me find a home, Trish also helped me find a great investment property in the area. I would highly recommend using her for any type of real estate purchase you make!
