We moved in in March 2021 and we love it. The Vale Overland Park is in a great location. The Apartments are modern and very well done. The windows are quality and the bathrooms are big and well laid out. The kitchens are lovely and well laid out as well. They are spacious and feel more like a resort condo than an apartment.nnThe Gym is amazing, so are the common areas.nnThe maintenance staff is great, so is the office staff.nnI highly recommend grabbing one of these luxury apartments early. They are the best value in luxury apartments in Johnson County, KS in my opinion. Choosing The Vale Overland Park you will feel like you found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Staff is on it! Kind and considerate towards our families needs. We have 4 children and are use to a bit of chaos. The team at Vale OP helped make the move/transition go as smooth as it could. Maintenance is quick to respond and take care of o any issues that arise. Overall, our family’s experience at Vale OP has been wonderful!
